Le Jardin Majorelle. Masterpiece of Yves Saint Laurent himself – house in orintal blue color and sophisticated garden in morrocan style. Quickly this blue color was named as Majorelle blue after this builing. Park was open to public from 1947 until now, and in 2008 Yves Saint Laurent was sacred here. Until now this place is very special, especially because so many tourits comes from France, and never empty. There is a line standing from early mornings, people are spending time in cafe or museum, walking around in the park or shopping at the boutique.
This house of blue reminds me of most popular Morrocan color combinations- blue and fuchia pink or red are mixed everywhere in Morrocan heritage pieces. Most popular accents in every house is painted in blue, mosaics are also very colorful. Love this bright bold color, thats why I dressed up in white. Knew there is going to be so strong background, didn’t wanted to disturbt this color.
